Entire team came together, from the manager to the frontline staff to ensure my important docs were rerouted to a different destination at the last minute. It was so last minute - as if one of them caught the hand of their delivery man from ringing the door bell. It was clearly above and beyond the typical customer service that one expects. For me the team was the last savior, and they delivered willingly and wholeheartedly. Truly appreciate it. I've used them regularly over the past few years but this experience was a complete delight.
Pay extra dollars to tape your package?!!
I had a highly disappointing experience at the UPS Store recently. During my first visit, I didn't have a label for my Verizon package, and they refused to accept the return, stating it wasn't in their system. While I understood their policy, it was frustrating.
On my second visit, I returned with a label, but this time, I didn't put tape on my package, assuming they would inspect it as they did before. To my surprise, they refused to inspect it and demanded an extra $2.21 to tape it up. This inconsistency was infuriating.
To make matters worse, the agent I dealt with was not only unhelpful but also rude. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won't be returning to the UPS Store anytime soon.
It is becoming rare to see people who care and help; wanted to send something overnight and the staff was amazing ! We missed the deadline for overnight by 3 minutes ( 5 pm cutoff) but they were kind enough to let me ship . And the package was delivered the next day before 10:30am as advertised ( unlike FedEx and their horrible customer service ). Happy return customer

Poor service from the store. Wanted to get a passport picture from my thumb drive and they did a lousy job by not even cutting the picture and made me cut it but didn’t hesitate charging me the full $16.53
Staff is friendly and helpful aside from the manager/ possibly franchisee who is a bit combative with her answers.
Aside from first thing in the morning, this shop almost always has a line out the door. The main reason for this is all of the people who bring in Amazon returns and expect them to bag every single item for them for free. They have installed two two Amazon self serve islands, but seem to be having issues with them as they were not on the last four times I was there.
Also, they "unofficially" frown upon larger sized boxes. They will begrudgingly do them, all the while trying their best to not have to accept them even if you have a pre printed tag already on the box and all they have to do is scan it.
Average wait time on a week day after 11 am is about 15 minutes, so plan accordingly. It is not the staffs fault at all, they are trying their best. But they have trained the customer into thinking that it's okay to bring in a box full of Amazon returns with no packaging and they will package all of it for them for free. I don't recommend this location if you are hoping to just drop off pre labelled boxes.
